What Our Job Is:

Justland's job is to identify and acquire properties that are well located, have good access, and represent a good value for the type of residential land development anticipated there. We coordinate the planning, the financing, and the construction of infrastructure that brings a Justland development to fruition.

Justland Development conducts its business by forming and serving as the general partner of single asset limited partnerships which directly own the real estate being developed with equity provided by Justland affiliates and third party investors. Through formation of these various partnerships, typically comprised of accredited investors, Justland coordinates development of residential projects ranging from affordable mass-market developments sold to large merchant builders to country lifestyle communities with acreage homesites marketed to individual owner/builders and select custom homebuilders.

Justland's management team includes executives with extensive expertise in real estate acquisitions, property development and finance, thus, maximizing the potential for the identification of favorable investment opportunities. Justland also utilizes the services of well-qualified professionals providing engineering, construction, financing, and marketing essential for the completion of our developments.
